Celebrate mothers day with us

Come and celebrate Mother’s day with us at this special ‘Entertaining the Italian Way Cooking Class’. Sisters Charlotte and Claire who run the cooking school have learnt everything they know about cooking from their mother Enrica and in this cooking class they will share their favourite family recipes and the dishes they love to serve for special dinner parties.

These are the perfect recipes for entertaining loved ones and you will leave the class having mastered the following dishes:

The Menu

Chicken Scaloppine al Limone with Shallot Venere Black Rice

Crispy Sea Bass Fillets with a Roasted Cherry Tomato, Taggiasca Olive and White Wine Sauce

Aubergine Parmigiana with Smoked Mozzarella

Mediterranean Vegetables with a Salsa Verde

Tiramisu

We will spend two hours cooking together before sitting down to enjoy a lovely meal of everything prepared.
