Join us for a wonderful evening with our special neighbourhood friends Tara and Owen, Owner and Chef Patron of the legendary restaurant Julie’s,
In this class you will discover the recipes of some of the restaurant’s signature dishes that have earned the restaurant the wonderful reputation it has. We will spend the evening cooking family style around our kitchen island before sitting down to enjoy a feast of everything prepared.

The class will last 3 hours and to give you an idea of the run through, you will be welcomed with some lovely small bites before cooking together family style around the kitchen island for about 1h30 to create a delicious feast before sitting down to enjoy everything created together.
Please note this class is BYO, you are more than welcome to bring wines with you to enjoy during the evening and we will have a selection of soft drinks available.

Join us for this very special cooking class with chef and cook book author Karla Zazueta who will spend the evening sharing with us her Mexican heritage, recipes and techniques.
Karla’s recipes have been featured in The Guardian, BBC Food, NatGeo and Food Magazine. She has also recently released her first cookbook, Norteña, where she shares the story of her family recipes and northern Mexico.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a no refund policy. Cancellations must be made at least 3 weeks before the date you booked. If you cancel your booking with a 3 week notice you will be able to book another class in a year from the date of your payment (or from the issue of the gift voucher) without penalty. If you cancel with a shorter notice than 3 weeks you will be allowed to book another class only upon payment of a cancellation fee which amounts to 35% of the price of the class. If you cancel within 1 week of your class, you will not be able to book another class and there will not be a refund.
We require a minimum of 8 participants per class and reserve the right to cancel the class due to insufficient enrolment or if the school needs to postpone due to an unforeseen occurrence. We will, at your convenience, transfer you onto another course; if this option does not suit, you will receive a full refund. In this case, you will be informed at least 24 hours before the class.

At Enrica Rocca Cookery School, we prioritise allergen awareness and strive to accommodate ingredient substitutions. Despite our efforts, we must inform you that our family-style kitchen environment presents inherent risks of cross-contamination, and as such, we cannot guarantee complete allergen isolation during your experience with us.
