SUPPER CLUB WITH THE ETHICAL BUTCHER
We are very excited to be co-hosting a special evening with Owen, Chef Patron of Julie’s in Holland Park and the Ethical Butcher on the 31st of January.
For this special Supper Club, we have created a menu around the wonderful meat from the Ethical Butcher who supply many of the top restaurants in London and believe it’s not just about eating good food, it's about knowing where it comes from and how your choices impact both people and planet.
The evening will commence with a welcome cocktail before sitting down to enjoy a guest talk from the Ethical Butcher and a four-course menu designed around their incredible meat.

THE ETHICAL BUTCHER
The Ethical Butcher’s mission is to reconnect people with nature. The way their farmers manage their animals affects the flavour of the meat they produce as well as their impact on the environment. The Ethical Butcher is all about farming that honours natural systems, increasing biodiversity and regenerating the land, having a positive impact on the British countryside. On the evening, they will talk to us about their sustainable methods, where their incredible meat comes from and provide us with recipes for popular and unusual cuts of meat, helping you reconnect with your food and the land it grows on.
